Returns or refunds are only accepted in case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items received.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items not reported as faulty within 14 days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a faulty item return is approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion or a suitable resolution will be provided.

For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period applies only in cases of faulty or damaged items, subject to the conditions mentioned above.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
